The Site is owned and operated by MRSLM Group LLC, a United States limited liability company (“MRSLM Group”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using the Site in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

2.1. By visiting, browsing, reading, clicking links, creating an account (if applicable), purchasing any product, or otherwise using the Site, you confirm that:

  • you have read and understood these Terms;
  • you agree to be legally bound by these Terms; and
  • you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

4. TRADING & FUTURES RISK DISCLOSURE

You can lose more than your initial deposit. You should be prepared for the possibility of substantial or total loss of capital.

4.2. Prop-firm accounts and evaluations are also risky. They often include rules relating to:

  • daily drawdown and trailing drawdown;
  • end-of-day or intraday equity limits;
  • news trading restrictions;
  • minimum trading days and payout criteria;
  • scaling plans, resets, and account breaches.

Breaking those rules can lead to loss of the account or fees paid.

4.3. Hypothetical, backtested or simulated performance results have many inherent limitations and do not represent actual trading. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

4.4. By using the Site, you confirm that:

  • you understand leveraged trading and prop-firm accounts carry significant risk;
  • you will not trade with money you cannot afford to lose;

5. SCOPE OF SERVICES

5.1. The Site may provide, among other things:

6. INDEPENDENCE, PROP-FIRM & BROKER DISCLOSURE

6.1. MRSLM Group LLC is independent from any prop firm, broker, clearing firm, platform, indicator vendor or software provider mentioned on the Site. We do not control their business operations, rules, risk policies or payouts.

6.2. Firm details such as pricing, drawdown type, trading platforms, minimum days to payout, maximum accounts, payout methods and promotion percentages are based on publicly available information and our understanding at a given point in time. Those details can change without notice, and may differ by account type or region.

6.3. You agree that you will always:

  • visit each firm’s official website;
  • read their most recent terms, risk disclosures and policy documents; and
  • confirm all rules, fees, technology partners and payout processes directly with them

before applying for any evaluation, live account or promotion.

7. AFFILIATE RELATIONSHIPS & COMPENSATION

7.1. MRSLM Group LLC may participate in affiliate, partner or referral programs. This means we may receive a commission, fee or other compensation if you:

  • click a link on the Site that directs you to a third-party firm;
  • use a coupon or referral code provided on the Site; or
  • purchase a product or service after following a link on the Site.

7.2. Affiliate or referral relationships do not:

  • increase the price you pay to the third party, in most cases;
  • give us any control over the third party’s business, rules, technology or payouts; or
  • guarantee that the third party is suitable for your objectives or risk tolerance.

7.3. We aim to work with reputable firms and services that we believe are relevant for traders, but we do not guarantee that they are the best or only options. You must independently determine whether any firm, broker, tool or course is appropriate for you.

8. NO GUARANTEES OF RESULTS OR INCOME

8.1. Any examples of strategies, setups, risk frameworks, scaling approaches, payouts, evaluation passes, or income mentioned on the Site are illustrative only.

8.2. We do not promise or guarantee that you will:

  • pass any prop-firm evaluation;
  • receive any funded account or payout;
  • achieve any specific financial results, income, or win rate;
  • avoid drawdown, account breaches or losses.

8.3. You are entirely responsible for your decisions, risk management and trade execution.

9. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

9.1. You agree that you will use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

9.2. You agree not to:

  • copy, scrape, bulk-download or redistribute Site content for commercial use without our written consent;
  • infringe or violate the intellectual-property rights of MRSLM Group LLC or any third party;
  • attempt to reverse engineer, hack, disrupt or interfere with the Site or its security;
  • use the Site to send spam, malicious code or any unlawful material;
  • misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or firm;
  • use the Site in any way that could damage the Site, our reputation or other users.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

11.4. We may remove or edit User Content at our discretion, but we are not obligated to monitor all submissions.

12. DIGITAL PRODUCTS, COURSES & MEMBERSHIPS

12.1. The Site may offer digital products such as e-books, PDFs, templates, spreadsheets, course access, dashboards or membership areas (“Digital Products”).

12.2. Unless stated otherwise at checkout:

  • Digital Products are for personal use only and may not be shared or resold.

  • you will maintain full responsibility for monitoring, risk limits and kill-switches;
  • MRSLM Group LLC is not liable for technical failures, slippage, execution errors, platform outages or any losses linked to automation.

14. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & SERVICES

14.1. The Site contains links to third-party websites, platforms, tools and services. These are provided for convenience and education only.

14.2. We do not control, endorse, guarantee or assume responsibility for:

  • the content or security of third-party websites;
  • any products, services, rules, payouts or promotions offered by third parties;
  • any losses or disputes you may have with those third parties.

14.3. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and policies.

15. PRIVACY & COOKIES

16. NO WARRANTIES

  • warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose;
  • warranties regarding non-infringement or uninterrupted, error-free operation of the Site.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

17.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MRSLM Group LLC, its members, managers, employees, contractors and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

  • direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages;
  • loss of profits, loss of data, loss of trading capital, account breaches, denied payouts or missed opportunities;
  • business interruption, platform outages or technology failures,

arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, reliance on any content, or dealings with third-party firms, brokers or services mentioned on the Site.

17.2. If, despite the above, MRSLM Group LLC is found liable to you for any reason, our total aggregate liability in respect of all claims shall not exceed the greater of:

  • the amount you paid us (if any) for access to paid Services in the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim; or
  • US $100.

18. INDEMNIFICATION

18.1. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless MRSLM Group LLC and its members, managers, employees, contractors and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with:

  • your use of the Site or any content obtained from it;
  • your violation of these Terms or any applicable law;
  • your interactions, contracts or disputes with any prop firm, broker, platform or third party mentioned on the Site;
  • your trading decisions, positions, automation or account management.

19. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

19.1. We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

19.2. Your continued use of the Site after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Site.

20. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

20.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

20.2. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

21. SEVERABILITY & ENTIRE AGREEMENT

21.1. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

21.2. These Terms, together with any other legal notices or policies referenced on the Site (including our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Affiliate Disclosure and Risk Disclosure), constitute the entire agreement between you and MRSLM Group LLC regarding your use of the Site.
